Once you have done so, your items will appear in your shopping cart. Continue shopping, or if you are satisfied with the items in your shopping cart, you may begin the CHECK OUT process.
During the Check Out process, you will be asked for your shipping and financial information. If you have a coupon code, now is the time to enter it. After you have submitted your order, you will receive an email confirmation with all of the details of your purchase.
Once your payment has been processed, an email with your package tracking information will be dispatched allowing you to track your order once shipped.

CanadaWig.com ships to many countries in addition to Canada! We regularly ship to the USA, the UK and Europe. Once you create an account and add items to your shopping cart, you may calculate the shipping costs to your location on the bottom left hand side of the SHOPPING CART.
We ship our orders with tracking enabled to view the progress of your order until it arrives at your door. Some remote locations in the USA, UK and Europe may incur an additional shipping surcharge. You will be notified prior to processing your order if you will incur an additional shipping surcharge.
For International and USA Shipments: Please note Customs Duties & Taxes may apply.
We are based in Canada. For all International or USA orders, when goods are not shipped domestically (within your country) or within a single customs union, such as the European Union, you are liable to pay any inbound duties and taxes which your local customs authority deems appropriate.
We currently use Canada Post for the majority of our shipments and will always select the best carrier for your order. We are not responsible for any customs fees or duties once it leaves Canada. We will always do our best in choosing the top delivery system to better serve our clientele. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped. Additional shipping charges may be applied for remote areas. You will be advised of any additional shipping charges(if any) when ordering.

Additional shipping and handling charges will be charged on all orders that are returned to us for an incorrect address or delivery refusal of 25% domestically and 50% internationally. You are responsible for entering your correct shipping address and postal code. Please check your invoice immediately for the SHIPPING ADDRESS you entered upon creating your order. This email will arrive in your inbox within a couple of minutes of placing your order! Check your Spam or Bulk email folders in case you do not receive it, and make sure to mark our email as "NOT SPAM" so they always arrive in your inbox in the future.

RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY:
We do not offer refunds, exchange only. We certainly offer our clients color exchanges because we understand that each display varies greatly from the many types of monitors or devices. We do offer exchanges or a store credit for that exchange. Store credits have no expiry.
You are responsible for the shipping back and it must be returned in its original packaging with none of the original labels removed. It must also NOT be tried on extensively as to disrupt the factory preset, worn, brushed, combed, washed, and it must be completely scent-free, no tobacco smoke or perfume!
It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Any wig or hairpiece exchange must be started within 5 days of receipt of your order. Once your goods have been delivered and you absolutely know the color is not a match, you have 5 days to initiate your exchange.
Contact us immediately with your name, email and description of the item you wish to exchange. We will send you an RMA number to proceed with the exchange. Once you receive the authorization number and return instructions from us, you must return the goods within a day or two during which time we will assist you in your alternate color selection or store credit.
Regardless of the item exchanged, you are responsible for the re-shipment charges to send your new selection to you. Thank you for understanding our exchange policy regarding our wigs and hairpieces. If you are unsatisfied with a style, we will absolutely work with you to ensure you are satisfied with a new style to suit your needs. Re-stocking charges will apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you have a change of heart and decide to cancel your order before it is shipped, you will incur a $45.00/ea transaction fee. If we have already shipped and you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, this will result in a $65.00 re-stocking fee with no refund for shipping and handling. In order to process the cancellation, we must receive the goods unopened and in the original packaging that it was sent.
STORE CREDITS:
All Canada Wig online credits have no expiry date. Pease be assured you have no time limit to use it and enjoy shopping at anytime.

MEDICAL REIMBURSEMENT:
If you are using your wig for a medical reasons, you may be able to be reimbursed by your extended health benefit plan or insurance company. Alternatively, you may qualify for a medical-expense tax credit deduction on your tax return. Please comment in the checkout section to include your original receipt for medical purposes.
UNDERSTANDING WIG CAPS:
Hair is attached to the "base" or "cap" of the wig. On most wigs, the hair is attached in wefts which are doubled threads of hair sewn closely together in long rows which are then machine (or hand) sewn or hand-tied. There are many different cap styles, below are the ones we offer:
Standard basic caps are the most common and most affordably designed wig styles. These are machine caps, which have a closed lace portion at the crown that is pre-designed into a specific style so you cannot see through the cap. Usually has natural volume and lift on the top crown.
Capless wigs, also known as Open Caps are similar to the Standard caps design or Basic Caps without the closed lace portion at the crown. It has open-wefting in the crown, back and sides allowing for full ventilation. The open spaces allows air to flow freely which allows the cap to remain cooler and lighter weight than Standard caps.
Monofilament caps (Mono-Top) are constructed using a fine, breathable material at the crown which gives the appearance of your own scalp. These usually have mono-tops and wefted sides and back. Monofilament caps allow for the most natural looking hair because the hair can be parted and brushed in all directions which makes the styling highly versatile.
Some Monofilament wigs may be entirely Hand-Tied so your scalp top, sides and back look natural from all directions. Monofilament wigs are an excellent choice for a high-quality wig.
Lace Front wigs are made with an invisible lace portion that runs along the forehead offering the appearance of your own naturally growing baby hairs at the hairline. This is the best choice if you wish to wear your hair in many different styles, including brushed back off of the face as the lace is virtually undetectable.
WHICH HAIR TYPE IS BEST FOR YOU?
At one time, Synthetic fiber wigs "looked" like synthetic hair. The hair industry has grown leaps and bounds in the last decade making the Synthetic Fibers of today nothing like its predecessor. The high quality Synthetic Fiber wigs at CanadaWig.com are the absolute top of the line, highest quality hair available making it almost indistinguishable from human hair. They are easy to care for and much easier on the pocket book. Most synthetic fiber styles have built-in memory to maintain wave, curls, texture and volume. This allows for minimal care. You may not heat synthetic wigs, color, perm, use blow dryers, etc. This will cause irreparable damage. Also, please note: When baking/cooking, ensure to stay far back when opening the oven door so you do not "burn" your hair fiber!!
Heat-Resistant Synthetic Fiber wigs behave exactly like regular synthetic wigs, with the added ability to use heated thermal tools at temperatures between 320 to 350 degrees.
Human Hair wigs offer the most natural looking wigs which can be styled, trimmed, colored and permed as you would your natural hair. They are longer lasting and more durable than a synthetic fiber wig. They require a higher level of care, shampooing, conditioning, drying and styling as you would your own hair, especially on humid or wet, frizzy hair days. And, they are significantly higher in cost than synthetic fiber or blended fiber wigs. Almost all human hair available derives from Chinese, Indian and European Caucasian. Most human wigs are Indian Remy, keeping the hair cuticle flowing in the same direction of growth, cutting down significantly on tangling.
Human Hair Blended Fiber wigs behave like Synthetic, retaining the style better than a 100% Human Hair wig which offers a very natural look that can be styled with heat tools. Most are a mix of Human Hair and Heat-Resistant Synthetic.
WIG SIZING AND CHOOSING THE CORRECT COLOR:
The majority of wig orders (99.9%) we process are of Average size. Average size wigs fit heads from approximately 21.5" to 22.5".
Petite wigs fit 19" to 21" and Large size fit 23"- 24". Most of our wigs have adjustable sizing and can be tightened or loosened about 1/2" each side with small elasticized clips or velcro straps built-in to the cap. Additionally, some wigs have ear tabs that can be adjusted for a closer fit to your face.
Please do take the time to take proper measurements of your head if you have never worn a wig and do not know your size. Measure completely around your head perimeter where your natural hairline grows right around. If you don't have a measuring tape, take a piece of string and cut that to your size following the same rule as above, then measure it up against a ruler. Your wig should sit on your natural hairline right around your head, on your forehead around your ears and down to your nape.
We have much experience with colors looking different on every computer there is out there! The computer settings on your monitor may change or alter the real color of your wig. Please contact us if you need any help with choosing a color.
